Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, return it to us in the condition you received it, in the original packaging, within 10 days of purchase for a full refund. The only exclusions under this money-back guarantee are the original shipping costs. In an unlikely event that that your merchandise arrives damaged, please mention it in the "remarks' of our shipping partner, email us a photo of the damaged product on admin@mangostationery.com within 24 hours of receiving your order with details of the order. All complaints will be processed within 5 working days and a replacement shall be shipped to you at the earliest. We cannot accept returns for personalized orders.

The cost of return shipment has to be borne by the customer. In case of exchange, a new product will only be shipped after the old product has been received at the Mango warehouse.

Minor irregularities and variations are part of handmade products and should not be treated as a defect, this especially holds true for leather goods. Used, earmarked, torn, dirty or vandalised products will not be liable for any refunds.

mangostationery.com accepts multiple currencies payable through RazorPay however, all transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
