The cost of return shipment has to be borne by the customer. In case of exchange, a new product will only be shipped after the old product has been received at the Mango warehouse.

For all Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, customer support will reconfirm the purchase via call or email and process the order only upon confirmation.
For all orders, three delivery attempts will be made by the delivery partner. If the shipment is not accepted or fails in all attempts then the order will be processed as a return. Minor irregularities and variations are part of handmade products and should not be treated as a defect, this especially holds true for leather goods. Used, earmarked, torn, dirty or vandalised products will not be liable for any refunds.
