Return/Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mango. We strive to provide quality products, but we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Please review our return and exchange policy below.

 

Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

Return or exchange are accepted only for damaged products. The request must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

 

Return/Exchange Process:

To initiate a return or exchange for a damaged product, customers must provide an unedited unboxing video clearly showcasing the damage. The unboxing video should be submitted via email to support@mangostationery.com along with the order number, damage details and option for Return or Exchange.

Once the boxing video is reviewed and the return is approved, customer will be provide with instruction for return or exchange process. The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories.

 

Credit Note for Return:

  • Upon successful return and inspection, a credit note will be issued to the customer.
  • The credit note will be of equal value to the returned product.
  • The issued credit note can be redeemed at any of our three physical stores located in Thane, Viviana, and Seawoods or on our official website, www.mangostationery.com
  • The credit note is valid for a period of six months from the date of issuance.
  • Please note: Expired credit notes will not be honored.

 

Exchange:

  • Upon receiving and inspection of the product, an exchange would be initiated.
  • Exchange is subject to product availability.
  • If the same product is unavailable for exchange, the process will be converted to a return.

 

Exclusions:

  1. Return and exchange are not accepted for reasons other than products damage.
  2. Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer are not eligible for returns or exchange.
